The annual meeting of the HOA will be Saturday, November 8, 2008 at the Northeast Regional Library. An all new three member Board of Directors will be elected at that time. If you would like to be considered for a Board position (minimum work with three meetings per year) please contact Nick Joseph at 910-397-0092. We need active participation from owners that are residents and would be willing to serve.
If you will not be able to attend the meeting please print and sign the enclosed proxy and mail it back or scan it to your computer and email it back to nickjoseph@earthlink.net

ALL RESIDENTS WERE DELIVERED HURRICAN PREPARATION LETTERS YESTERDAY. IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE ONE PLEASE LET US KNOW. IN ADDITION PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN THAT ALL WINDOWS ARE SECURELY LOCKED AND THAT THE TRAY IN THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDOW BE CLEANED OF ANY DEBRIS TO AVOID POTENTIAL WINDOW LEAKS. IT IS ALSO ADVISEABEL TO PLACE TOWELS AND AND ANY OTHER ABSORPTION MATERIAL UNDER DOORWAYS AT THE FRONT AND BACK DOOR TO AVOID ANY WATER BLOWING IN UNDER THE DOORS AND SOAKING CARPET AND OR FLOORING.
All owners should now have their own individual fire extinguishers for their condominium. Proof of the same is required by the New Hanover County Fire Department. You will be getting notices shortly to confirm that a fire extinguisher has been placed in your condominium.
All owners are reminded that gas and charcoal grills are against the law in the State of North Carolina for alll multifamily properties. Fines for first offense is $250. Electric grills are ok.
Owners are reminded that the covenants and restrictions prohibit signs of any kind in windows or on the property. For sale signs are prohibited as are for rent signs.
